About
Chuck Nelson established STEADFAST Construction Services, LLC in 2009. Chuck enjoys the unique challenges and innovations of the construction industry as well has helping non-profits achieve their building goals. He has become a nationally recognized Graduate Master Builder, holds a LEED Green Associate Accreditation and is currently working on his LEED AP, BD+C Accreditation.
Chuck began working in the construction industry in the 1980’s as an apprentice framer and concrete tradesman while completing his Business Management Degree. After obtaining his degree, Chuck became the production manager for a manufacturer of medical equipment, where he was responsible for creating and implementing the necessary policies and procedures to be a productive, profitable, and federally compliant manufacturing entity.
In 1992, Chuck moved to Houston, Texas to join Luxury Living, Inc. as a construction superintendent and obtained a Graduate Master Builder certification as well. Over the next 8 years, Chuck progressed through the organization, ultimately serving as President. During this time, he personally developed a subdivision and supervised the building of more than 98 luxury custom homes priced from $100,000 to $1,000,000+ in ten Houston area subdivisions.

Oasis Seniors Medical Campus, Project Manager overseeing the construction of the Oasis: Seniors Medical Campus in Stafford, Texas- a 14-acre, multi-phase medical complex concentrating on aging services such as Alzheimer’s care, physicians’ offices, wellness center & hospital. Phase I was the construction is the Oasis Medical Office Building (a 9- story, Class“A” building of doctors, renal clinic, imaging center, acute care hospital, long- term care facility, and pharmacy) and Oasis Assisted Living/Alzheimer’s Facility (a 3-story structure containing 125 resident rooms).

Chuck also enjoys volunteering with the bi-monthly missions in the Houston area through Hope City Church to help those in need with housing repairs or other physical needs, and with continued efforts in helping the community recover from natural disasters through various sources.
